How Delivery Works

Kapaldo is a hyper-local marketplace. Orders are delivered by our network of local riders directly from the store to your door. Because we work with neighborhood stores, delivery is typically fast — most orders arrive within 30–90 minutes of confirmation.

Delivery Areas

We currently serve the following areas in Misamis Oriental:

• 📍Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental
• 📍Balingasag, Misamis Oriental
• 📍Claveria, Misamis Oriental

We're expanding to more areas soon. Each store has its own delivery radius — you'll see which stores are available in your area when you select your location.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are set by each individual store and displayed clearly before checkout. Fees typically range from ₱0–₱50 depending on the store and distance. Some stores offer free delivery on orders above a minimum amount.

Estimated Delivery Times

Order Tracking

You can track your order status in real time from your Orders page. Statuses update as your order is confirmed, prepared, picked up, and delivered.

Failed Delivery

If our rider cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to the store. Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct. For failed deliveries due to the rider's error, we will arrange a re-delivery at no additional cost.
