At Kapaldo, we connect you with local stores in your community. Because orders are fulfilled directly by individual vendors, refund eligibility depends on the specific situation. We are committed to making every order right.
Eligible for a Refund
- ✓You received the wrong item(s).
- ✓Your order arrived damaged or spoiled.
- ✓Items were missing from your order.
- ✓Your order was never delivered and the vendor cannot provide proof of delivery.
- ✓The store cancelled your order after payment was made.
Not Eligible for a Refund
- ✗Change of mind after the order has been prepared or picked up.
- ✗Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- ✗Perishable items that were correctly delivered.
- ✗Orders where the customer was unavailable to receive delivery after 2 attempts.
How to Request a Refund
- 1Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- 2Send a message to support@kapaldo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 3Attach a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect — this speeds up resolution.
- 4We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (GCash or Maya) within 3–5 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as Kapaldo credits or via GCash transfer.
