Kapaldo is a marketplace that connects customers with local stores. You may use the platform to browse stores, place orders, and manage your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders placed through Kapaldo are agreements between you and the store. Payment is processed at the time of delivery (cash on delivery) or as specified at checkout. Prices and availability are set by individual stores and may change without notice.
4. Store Policies
Each store on Kapaldo operates independently and may have its own policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please review store-specific policies before placing an order.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Kapaldo to engage in fraudulent activity, post false reviews, harass vendors or other users, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kapaldo serves as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products offered by stores. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapaldo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
